My photos haven't arrived yet

You can track your order through the track and trace page in your confirmation email. If you still haven't received your photos 1 week after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

I want to change the address of my order

If your photos are not printed yet, you can change your delivery address.
If your photos have already been printed, we allow you to change your delivery address once.
If you need more help or if you ordered a premium product, please contact our support team.

How does Stampix work?

Visit our webshop or download the Stampix App in the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone. Sign-up & get your first prints for only €0,99. Occasionally you can receive more gifts from brands we work with, but if you want to receive prints immediately you only pay 2,99€ for the shipment (best price in the market).
